Lead Pro Digital was started during the pandemic of 2020. The implosion of many business models dependent on in person sales drove our founder Connie to create this wonderful business model. By 2022 the company had grown to 7 employees. The same year saw the blending of RMA (Robert Margrave Advertising) and Lead Pro expanding the team to 12 members. By January of 2023 the company has grown to include 16 employees and Jay Johannsen joined the executive team.
